Everyday stress can leave us stuck in our thoughts or overwhelmed by the feelings that accompany uncertainty, difficult experiences, or failures.Even though everyone goes through difficulties, how many people do you know who judge, criticize or give up in the midst of them?

Scientific evidence shows that choosing self-knowledge and self-care can be more effective and motivating to overcoming obstacles and moving towards the life you want to live.

With that in mind, we translated the most complex science into a simple conversation with practical results, for those looking for a process of self-knowledge and personal development.

The story behind the story

According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 4 people will have a mental disorder in their lifetime (WHO, 2001), and we are determined to change this scenario. To achieve this, we work with mental health prevention, at the intersection of psychology and technology to promote emotional, psychological and social well-being.

The development of psychological skills can act as a protective factor for mental health, promoting resilience to deal with stressful and negative situations (WHO, 2022). In this process, our goal is to empower people to find purpose and motivation, balance emotions, deal with thoughts in a caring way and, finally, promote tangible changes to positively impact their lives.

When we change the way we relate to ourselves, we can change the way we relate to the world. That's why we created the Emotional Intelligence Journey. We investigated the most effective individual strategies for promoting well-being and adapted psychological theories and scientific evidence to create brief, in-the-go techniques.

It is very good! I don't know, you feel lighter, it feels like the world outside has taken a break. I found it very interesting! Yes, I felt much lighter, it's a very difficult thing to stay focused, right? Focused on yourself and not on the outside world.Roberta, 24 years old
I very often belittle my anger and try to pretend that it doesn't exist. I try to mask it with some other feelings: be it sadness, frustration... So I do everything I can to not say that I'm angry! One of the things that I'm going to try is to practice accepting this anger and trying to understand what happened for it to be there.Julia, 21 years old
Sometimes I see colleagues at work who don't know how to deal with anger management. The experience may have given me tips on teaching them how to deal with anger better and be more constructive rather than hurtful.Jessica, 28 years old
